Dutch Barista Championship 2006
Hello all,
We have a new Dutch Barista Champ.
Rose van Asten won the DBC 2006 last Tuesday. And she really was the best.
No technical mistakes, a very good performance and sensorical surprises brought her the cup.
Compliments for Louis Claus, owner of espressoparadise the Blund Father in Nijmegen.
He and his wife Nikki trained their four female competitors to the final and they made it to the first, second, fourth and fifth
place. Only Latte art champ Michel Buis stood in their way on the third place.
